1. About UmrahFirst
UmrahFirst.co.uk is a technology platform connecting travellers seeking Umrah packages with independent UK travel agents. We are a marketplace, not a travel agency.
2. We Store Zero Personal Data
UmrahFirst does not collect, store, or process any personal data from travellers or travel agents. All form submissions are handled by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form processing service. When you submit:
- Traveller Enquiry Form: Your name, email, phone, and travel preferences are sent directly from your browser to Formspree. Formspree then forwards this data via email to verified travel agents on our platform. UmrahFirst never sees, stores, or processes this data.
- Agent Registration Form: Your company details and contact information are sent directly from your browser to Formspree. Formspree forwards this to our admin team via email for review. UmrahFirst never stores this data on our servers.
3. What We Do Store
Our database contains only non-personal, anonymous information:
- Anonymous counts (number of enquiries submitted, number of agents registered)
- Package listings (Umrah package details posted by approved agents — no personal data)
- Session tokens for agent dashboard access (not linked to any personal identity)
4. Third-Party Services
Formspree (formspree.io): All form data passes through Formspree. Please review Formspree's privacy policy for how they handle your data. Formspree is GDPR compliant.
Cloudflare: Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes IP addresses temporarily for security and DDoS protection, as standard for all websites. We do not log or analyse IP addresses.
5. Cookies
We do not set any cookies. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. Agent dashboard sessions are stored in your browser's localStorage (not cookies).
6. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
Since UmrahFirst does not collect or store personal data, your data subject rights are inherently satisfied. For data processed by Formspree (the data controller for form submissions), please refer to Formspree's privacy policy and contact them directly for data requests.
7. ICO Registration
UmrahFirst is not required to register with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as we do not collect, store, or process personal data. We operate as a data-pass-through technology platform only.
